Community Project Funding 

To submit requests for Community Project Funding (CPF), please fill out our 2025 Community Project Funding Request Form. Only state, local, and tribal governments; publicly owned entities (e.g. ports, universities, PUDs, etc.) and eligible non-profits are permitted to request Community Project Funding.

FY26 Appropriations Requests Form

To submit an appropriations request, please fill out our FY26 Appropriations Requests Form. Programmatic/Bill and Report Language requests are general funding requests for national and regional programs, and/or bill and report language requests that direct, encourage, or urge an Agency or Department to carry out an action (e.g. robust funding for the NIH, “the Committee directs the NIH to advance rare disease research”). 

Our deadline for submissions is COB March 28, 2025. This deadline is subject to change based on the House Appropriations Committee submission deadlines.
